Reiki is a gentle, hands-on wellness practice that promotes relaxation and supports emotional and physical well-being.
Reiki is entirely safe and non-intrusive it is regularly offered in hospitals, hospices and wellness clinics around the world.

What to Expect in a Session

To start

I will guide you through what to expect and help you to get comfortable on the treatment table or in a chair. We will then take a moment to focus on relaxed breathing before the session begins.
If you have any allergies or mobility concerns, please let me know ahead of time so I can make suitable adjustments.

In the session

Reiki sessions involve light touch or hands held slightly above the body in specific locations. The energy goes where it is needed so you can relax in that knowledge. You may feel warmth, tingling, or simply a sense of deep peace. It’s also completely normal to fall asleep during a session which will last around 50 minutes.

Aftercare

After the session, please drink plenty of water and allow time to rest and reflect. Reiki continues to work gently in the hours and days that follow.
